Domain registration, transfer, and DNS notes

Domain management is manual in staging. Customers can request a new registration, ask Annuvell to connect an existing domain, or record a transfer-later workflow.

Admin users track registrar notes, WHOIS placeholders, DNS tasks, renewal status, and customer information gaps from the domain management page.

No registrar API is connected yet, so no real domain purchase is attempted from staging.
